Charitable Events
Avvenimento has been involved in organising and event managing a host of charity fund-raising events since the company begun. These events have ranged from The Gold & Silver Ball in aid of Birtenshaw Hall Children’s Charitable Trust 2003, The Big Bang Ball in aid of ARMS (Action & Research for Multiple Sclerosis) 2000 & 2001 and A Reception at Clarence House to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. Conferences
Do you have to plan an annual conference, weekly meeting or monthly seminar?
If you need a "wow" factor to attract your delegates give us your brief and we'll come up with the goods. We can make your conference run in a seamless manner from start to finish and not become a drain on your internal resources or staff.

Party Planning
Does your company have something to celebrate like a major contract, new premises, Christmas, New Year, or an anniversary? You may just think its time to entertain your staff or clients. If so we can organise your celebration from start to finish. If you know what you want then we will arrange it for you, leaving you to get on with your every day work knowing that your party is in safe hands.

Wedding Planning & Co-ordination
We can help you plan your wedding from start to finish, or alternatively we can help you source anything from a florist to an unusual venue.

Wedding Fayres
Avvenimento organise & promote wedding exhibitions across the South West Wales area.
